Veronica Olson and Cameron Burgoyne are getting married!
October 9, 2026, NYC
We clicked immediately. After being set up through our mutual friends in September of 2022, and messaging for a couple weeks, we were finally in the same country and could meet for dinner. When Cameron stepped away from the table for a moment, Veronica quickly texted her best friend, "Oh no, the date is actually good, I like him already."
Cameron made plans for a concert together two days later. Luckily things couldn't move too fast, between the Brooklyn-Manhattan distance, Veronica traveling every few weeks, and Cameron busy with his MFA. But less than a month after meeting, we made the risky decision to do a Maine road trip. After a fun weekend without getting tired of each other, we both knew this was going somewhere.
Four years later, here we are!

October 8th: Welcome picnic on the lawn.
October 9th: Private wedding ceremony at City Hall with a wedding luncheon to follow.
October 10th: enjoy the city with our list of suggested activities and favorite spots.
Venue addresses and schedule will be provided with RSVP.
We love your kids, but ask that the luncheon be adults only.

Events and Activities
October is the loveliest month in NYC, and we're hoping for beautiful fall weather.
For the welcome picnic, wear something you're comfortable in but bring a jacket for dropping temperatures in the evening.
At the wedding luncheon after City Hall, please wear something special to help us celebrate.
